A project's connections
The credentials and platform resources the project's workflows and apps are wired to.

projects:manage on a personal API key. A CLI session always passes.One row per credential, database, store, or browser the project's workflows and apps point at, however many slots reach it. It is read off the wiring, so it grants nothing: a run reaches a connection through its workflow, and viewerCanUse only reports whether the caller could reach it in their own chats. Hosted singletons and slots whose target is gone are left out. Only resources the caller can see contribute.
