Read the workspace's enrichment provider chains, per capability.

The workspace's enrichment provider waterfalls: an ordered fall-over chain per capability (email-enrichment, email-validation, phone-enrichment). Read-only here. Editing the chains is admin-gated and done in the dashboard. Read this before geni crm enrich to see which providers are wired and what order they run in.

Prints one row per capability with its providers in run order; an unconfigured capability shows (none configured) and will find nothing.
